With this form you can order:
A graduated student can order:
- A transcript of records, €20.
- A student, who has graduated since January 2024 and has been awarded with an electronic degree certificate, can order a new electronic degree certificate (in place of the missing degree certificate), €20.
- A student, who has graduated from Teacher education since Autumn 2024, can also order a new electronic certificate, €20.
A resigned student can order:
- A transcript of records and a certificate of resignation, €20.
The handling fee is 20 euros and you automatically get the certificate in Finnish and in English. NB Your application will not be dealt with if you haven't paid the handling fee or you haven't done the identification within 30 days after filling in the form. You will get detailed instructions for identification by email after filling in the form.
The certificates will be sent to the post address or email address informed on this form in one week after a successful identification. Haaga-Helia does not take any responsibility for the postal delivery. Please note that public holidays and vacation periods may affect delivery times and especially during summer delivery times may be longer.
The electronic certificates are PDF documents equipped with a digital signature to confirm their authenticity and integrity. The digital signature replaces handwritten signatures and stamps. Electronic documents are official only in their digital form and not as paper-printed copies. They cannot be modified, as any change made to the file invalidates the digital signature. You can find instructions at the end of the document on how the recipient can check the document’s validity.
