Registering for Celia's services: make an appointment

Accessibility Library Celia is a national library. Its statutory services are intended for people who have difficulties reading printed books due to print disability, injury, or illness. Weak language skills alone do not entitle you to use Celia’s books.

Please check if you are entitled to use Celia’s services.

As a higher education student, you can register for Celia’s services via any Haaga-Helia’s campus library.
