You will get an electronic certificate of resignation and a transcript of records by e-mail in a few days. You must download your certificates within 21 days of the sent date of the e-mails. The email will contain a link to download and save the certificates for yourself. The link is valid for 21 days. After this, the electronic certificates are available only for an additional fee.
